Do we need our own AISP license to use Nordigen?

The short answer - it depends.

Nordigen is a licensed AISP, and to use our service, we don't require to have clients to have an AISP license of their own. However, there are some countries, where the local financial regulator does require certain type of companies to hold an AISP license. An example of this is the FCA in the UK, where personal finance management (PFM) applications (applications that expose the account data back to the end user) are generally required to hold (or rent) their own AISP license.

If in doubt, your legal team should clarify this directly with the local regulator, as Nordigen is not in a position to confirm/give permission on licensing questions.
