Are we allowed to use bank logos in the bank selection UI?

Typically bank logos are registered trade marks owned by the banks and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. As Nordigen is not the owner of bank logos we are not able to grant you permission to use bank logos.  To use bank logos in your services, you should seek permission from each bank in order to avoid possible trade mark infringement. Most of the banks also have guidelines on how to use their logo in certain circumstances. In our experience banks have had no issues with allowing use of their logo for the purpose of user experience when users connect their bank account information.
